Where Are You Located In Rockland?

Our pick-up location in Rockland is located in New City. Location is only disclosed to customers who have placed orders. 

What Are My Other Shipping Options?

Currently, there are none. We only offer cash/check on pick-up at our Otega Farm or Rockland County pick-up location.

What If I Need To Modify My Order?

Not a problem! Just e-mail or us or give us a call at (845) 548-5353

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

As of now, we only offer check or cash payment upon pick-up of your order.

Do I Need To Pay In Advance For Pre-Orders?

Nope! Pre-orders are also cash or check on delivery. 

Is Same Day Pick-Up Available?

Sometimes! Depending on availability and whether our pick-up location is open or not. Give us a call ahead of time if you are looking for next day pick-up!

When Is The Best Time To Call?

You can e-mail us at anytime but your best chance at reaching us directly would be to call during the week between 11am-4pm.

What Is Your Return Policy?

At Partridge Family Farms we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason we will give you a full refund.

Where Will My Products Be Stored?

From our farm in Otega to the pick-up location in New City, your order will be kept fresh. Our pick-up location in New City is well equipped to store your order until you arrive.
